Who we are

Pirios S.A. is a manufacturer and integrator of ICT solutions which enable support for the Customer service processes and an increase in the efficiency of the organisation.

Since 2008 we have helped enterprises and public institutions in ensuring effective communication with Customers via different communication channels, with particular consideration given to the automation of mass process handling.

Our solutions are used by the largest national companies representing the energy, finance, commerce, transport and logistics sectors, as well as units of state administration and the uniformed services.

Why us

When implementing projects for the largest Polish companies and public institutions, we gained unique knowledge and experience. These enabled us to develop our own high quality solutions which we successfully implement for our Customers.

We are a team consisting of several dozen highly qualified and involved experts in the field of modern ICT systems. We work to the following recognised standards and methodologies. (Prince2, SCRUM).  

This allows us to guarantee the high quality of the delivered products. Furthermore, it ensures the fast and full adaptation to the individual requirements of the Customer as well as complex support at every stage of the implementation process.

For this purpose, we have also implemented the Contactis Service Desk system which includes remote automatic monitoring of the functioning of the Customers’ applications, ensuring the efficient handling of notifications and continual, proactive support - 24h/day.
