I. Subject of the Privacy Policy
The present privacy policy concerns communication using Facebook Messenger by PIRIOS S.A. company on the social networking website Facebook.

Familiarize yourself with Facebook privacy policy as regards personal data passed through Facebook (Facebook Privacy Policy).

V. Processed Data
The Administrator processes personal data such as user identity on Facebook (usually name and surname) as well as correspondence (messages) in order to enable Facebook users to contact the Administrator via Facebook Messenger communicator.
VI. Legal Basis for Data Processing
The data is processed according to Article 6 (1) letter f RODO in the legitimate interest of the Administrator and the users in order to provide contact between Facebook users and PIRIOS S.A. whereby processing of the data doesn’t violate the rights and freedom of the users.
VII. Data Retention
The content of the correspondence (messages) is processed during a period of time which is essential to complete a user’s issue, and after completion, during a period of time which is crucial to protect against legal claims and vindication of potential claims against the Administrator. Then the content is immediately removed from the Administrator’s system.
VIII. Data Sharing
The Administrator is allowed to pass personal data to the different categories of entities mentioned below:
- companies providing services of designing and testing applications
- law firms in case of legal services and representing interests of the Administrator during a potential lawsuit
- public authorities and entities which are authorized to be given access to data under legal regulations.
IX. User Rights
Every user is legally entitled to change or delete processed data as well as limit data processing and object to the processing of any data relating to them. You shall contact the Administrator in order to do it.
X. Data Transfer Outside EEA
The Administrator does not transfer processed data outside the EEA territory.
XI. Data Protection Officer

XII. Right to Lodge a Complaint
Every user is entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data at 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
